Charges and Fees

How much do you charge?

Adcraft charges a 12% ad management fee, which means that we only charge based on how much you spend on advertising. For example, of you spend $2,000 running ads, you only pay Adcraft $240 in ad management fee

Is my ad spend subject to sales tax?

Yes, in accordance with state laws in Ontario, Canada, your ad spend is subject to HST of 13%

Are there any late fees?

There are no late fees. If your payment is late, your ads are automatically paused and will be re-enabled after payment. Please keep in mind that when restarting ads that have been paused for an extended period, there is no guarantee that they will return to previous performance levels.

Are there any setup fees?

We do not charge any setup fees for our standard ad management service. However, our optional add-on services, such as creative asset design and measurement setup, have one-time fees.

What is your minimum ad spend requirement?

The minimum ad spend requirement is $1,500 per month. This comes to an estimated $50 a day which is the least we will recommend when running online advertising.

Campaign Setup & Management

How do I get started with Adcraft?

To get started with Adcraft, simply fill out the “Get Started” form, optionally opt-in for our free marketing consult, and our team will get back to you with a plan based on the brief you provided.

Can I use my own image and video assets?

Certainly! Our team will be happy to utilize the images and videos you provide. If we foresee any potential performance drawbacks from using the creatives, we will inform you before running them.

Can you set up ads in my own Google Ads account?

No, Adcraft is unable to setup ads in accounts outside of those managed directly by our team

What kind of ads will you create?

The type of ads we create depends on your specific business goals and targets. Once you submit a project request to us, our team will inform you of the ads we intend to use. This typically covers platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads

How long will it take to set up my campaign?

On average, it takes a week for our team to set up a campaign. This does not include any optional add-ons like creative design and implementing measurement solutions. We will provide time estimates for those add-ons.

Do you offer any guarantees on results?

Adcraft is unable to provide any guarantees as results are influenced by a combination of many factors outside the campaign's setup including product pricing, availability of a sizeable target audience, website performance and more. However, we do our best to get your desired goal and will advise if we see any potential areas of improvement for any of these external factors.

Campaign Reporting

How will I know my ads are running?

Our team will inform you once the campaign launches, and you will get reports on your campaign progress over time. If you utilize platforms like Google Analytics, you should also be able to see your campaign traffic on those platforms.

Can I launch my campaign without any measurement solutions in place?

While you can, we strongly recommend against doing so. Measurement solutions like conversion tracking and Google Analytics help us determine that your ads are working by providing feedback when a user takes any desired action on your website like making a purchase.

How often will I receive campaign reports?

Campaign reports will be shared with you on a weekly basis via email.

Cancellations and Refunds

How do I cancel a project?

Please reach out to the Adcraft team via email to cancel any ongoing project.

Do I get a refund after canceling?

Any unused advertising spend will be credited back to you on cancellation. However, the ad management fee and any add-on fees will not be refunded.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with the results?

We're committed to your satisfaction. If you're not happy with the results of your campaign, we'll work with you to make adjustments or explore alternative strategies.
